How to delete an old account

  I recently started a new wordpress blog through a hosting site. When I try to log in to wordpress from the host, it kicks me back to my old wordpress site which I no longer update. Is there a way to delete that account? If not, how can I add the new site under the same e-mail address as my first blog?
