How to delete an old blog of mine

Hi! Many years ago I opened a blog and now I want to remove this site. It’s kinda embarrassing and I don’t want this popping up under my name.
Unfortunately I lost any account information associated with this blog.
Is there any way to get this solved?
Since the URL has got my whole name in it, I could provide a valid ID as proof of ownership. -

You might want to recover your access using the lost password tool: http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
or ask Support to mark your old blog private.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
The problem is, that every possible account I tried doesn’t exist anymore, or isn’t the admin. So simply resetting the password won’t work.
Also I didn’t find a way to contact the Support directly, could you point me in the right direction? Thanks again!
