how to delete an old sharing buttons and update with new sharing buttons ?

We are trying to update the sharing buttons with new ones!
We have old buttons for facebook and Twitter , but we want to link our page with new buttons(new accounts).
How can we do that?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
