How to delete any & all obligations to WordPress before Trial period is over

    I want to delete my trial subscription and do not want to be charged automatically for any services. Upon subscribing I was told that I have 14 day trial period but I do not wish to use this service – please send me an email to confirm that my request has been understood, honored and that my credit card will not be charged for anything.

    Hi there gimberhealth,

    To cancel your trial upgrade, go under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard. This will end your subscription and you will not be charged for the upgrade.

    Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    You do not have any active upgrades on your “gimberhealth” account. Please let me know if you were referring to a different account!
