How to delete blog with jetpack installed

  This address was a temporary site that no longer exists. I decided I didn’t want to use jetpack, and deleted it…now I can’t delete this old temporary site- it doesn’t exist (I created a new site with a self-hosted wordpress blog). Can you delete this non-existent site for me? It is prompting me for a jetpack upgrade…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
