How to delete blogs?

  I have some self-hosted blogs registered to this WordPress-Account.
  A few of them don’t exist anymore.
  How can I delete these?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are logged out of wordpress and go to the contact page, there is a check box for “I don’t have a wordpress.COM blog” and then it will allow you to contact them
