How to Delete bottom matter

  Hi
  Im using Digg 3 Column theme, In this bottm im getting ” Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Digg 3 Column by WP Designer.”. I want to remove this matter and want to add some links. How can I? Please let me Know.
