How to delete content of 1 blog without deleting address OR content of others.

  I need to empty the content and name of the first blog I started but keep the address. (Option 3 in Delete Site Options), and probably do the same for a second blog I started up but didn’t get right. I wish to keep the third blog and do not want to risk losing any of the three blog addresses. If I follow instructions for “Empty your site of all its content for a fresh start and continue using the same address” for the first and second blogs, will all the settings for my third blog remain intact?
