How to Delete emoises.wordpress.com

I am on the process of redesigning my online presence for my art and technology work. I own the domain http://www.emoises.com. I was creating a blog with it inside bluehost but decided to simplify and do it directly on wordpress.com. I realized that there is an empty blog created called emoises.wordpress.com. I do believe that I may have created this under a diff account that I am now using. My question to you is how to delete that empty blog so I can recreated it here under my new account. THanks in advance.

As you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and click “Need More Help?”
Then provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

Got it. I am not able to find the password since I dont recall which email address I used for it. Any chances I could get some additional help on how I can combine emoises into my cafemoises account?
