    How to delete every content and get back to default theme settings?
    I’m currently using pique theme. I tried deleting by every method but there is always some files/media or settings left unchanged.

    I just want to start over from the beginning with the same domain name.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @chandanbiswas, sure, we can empty your site for you. I need to confirm a few things first:

    1) If we empty the site, ALL content, media, comments, etc. will be gone, and we will not be able to get them back for you. Do you want to proceed?

    2) If so, can you confirm you want us to do this to chandanbiswas.wordpress.com ?

    3) If it’s available, you want us to provide “default” content so the theme is a bit more like the demo? You’ll just need to delete or replace it, but it can be helpful in getting the theme set up as intended. We can also just add that default content to your existing content if you’d like.

    Note the default content is different for several different themes, so if you want to change themes first, you can.

    And, as one last note, if you’re close to what you want but just stuck with trying to get a certain look, starting over might not be the answer. We’re happy to help with any questions you have.

    First of all thank you for trying to help.

    My actual problem is “Post Thumbnail is not showing while sharing in whatsapp”.

    But there is no solution.
    I tried,
    1. Deleting every post, page and media as per your guideline,
    2. Changing themes.

    I don’t think that the problem here is with Whatsapp. Whatsapp is showing thumbnail for every other website i.e. Wikipedia, google even other wordpress free/paid websites. I even uploaded same content in other wordpress site and it worked fine. Just not in this site.

    Do you have any other way but to delete everything except the domain name? If there please help. I need it badly. Otherwise I want to start from the beginning with the same domain name.

    @supernovia     already answered this above. We can empty your site. That will remove all posts, pages, comments, categories, tags, and media files, leaving a blank site with only the address. This process is irreversible, so we need your explicit confirmation before we can do this.

    However, that will not solve your problem with WhatsApp. As we told you in the previous thread, your images are correctly appearing in your site’s source code where services like WhatsApp and Facebook look for which image to use. If a particular service does not use the image listed there, it’s a problem with that service, and nothing you do on your site can change that.

    I even uploaded same content in other wordpress site and it worked fine. Just not in this site.

    Can you give a link to a post that worked for one site and not the other? Please give links to the post on both sites.

    I tried that few months ago and deleted it. Now the link from the other site is not available.

    I give my full consent to delete/remove all posts, pages, comments, categories, tags, and media files, leaving a blank site with only the address.

    But still some settings and files are there I think. Like header image and Site tagline. You can see yourself.

    I said we can remove all content, and that’s what I’ve done.

    Settings, site title and tagline, and theme customizations are not content. There is no way to reset those to what they were when you first created the site.
