how to delete grey customise box

  hi all can someone tell me how to delete the grey boxes on the rt of my home page (categories, archives would do if I can erase same)..cant seem to see it on da dashboard ta

  All widgets are installed, edited and uninstalled at > Appearance > Widgets. Click to open each widget and then click delete inside it. For more widget tips see http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/08/02/8-hot-wordpress-com-widget-tips/
