How to delete line space after hitting "Enter."

    When I’m typing and hit “Enter” (hard return) it automatically creates a line space as though between paragraphs. I don’t want that line space. I am writing something in the form of a transcript and need to be able to hit “Enter” without that paragraph space. How do I get rid of it?

    Hello there!

    When you are creating text in the Visual tab, clicking Enter will always be “read” as a new paragraph in HTML.

    If you wish to avoid this, I advise clicking on the Text tab (next to Visual, about your content editor box). You can add your text here, and when you click Enter, it will be seen as plain text, rather than HTML.

    Then, once you wish to format your post, you can return to the Visual tab if you’d like.
