How to delete menu item

  I have deleted a page from the web site but it still appears on the menu, how do I remove it from the menu please?

  Go to > http://stmargaretsifield.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php select your menu, edit your menu, remove the page from it, and save the menu.
