i actually want to delete my old blog website but it seems i even deleted my wordpress account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), i think if i delete wordpress account within 30 days then my website (https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com) will it was also deleted on the internet, but until now it is still on the internet and has not been deleted. I tried to register again with my same email but after I logged in, and clicked on my site menu it said “You don’t have a WordPress site yet”, even though the old website should still be linked. Is there a solution for me to delete it? Because I want to delete it and use the same domain again https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Never delete a wordpress.com site if you still want to use it! Instead you must empty your site, https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

Your site http://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com/ is connected to another account of yours ebitekobachtiar, https://wordpress.com/forums/users/ebitekobachtiar/. That account certainly hasn’t been deleted otherwise your site wouldn’t be still online.

Log out from current ebitbachtiar and log in again as ebitekobachtiar. To reset your password, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

You can’t have the same email address for 2 wordpress;com accounts as the email address is the unqie identifier on this platform.

I just reset my password using the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email, but after I log in I still log in to the ebitbachtiar wordpress account, is it possible because I already have 2 wordpress accounts with the same 1 email?

Then I try to login using username instead of email.
I tried resetting the password using the username ebitekobachtiar, but I couldn’t get a password reset link to my email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Again: You can’t have the same email address for 2 wordpress.com accounts as the email address is the uniqie identifier on this platform. The ebitbachtiar wordpress account and the ebitekobachtiar wordpress account are two completely different account and each has its own email address.

Did you check all of your email addresses and did you also check the spambox?

You’ll have to proof one way or another you are the rightfull owner of the ebitekobachtiar account, wordpress.com doesn’t grant access to an account on demand. So next step is the Account recovery Form at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

It seems why I can have 2 wordpress accounts because I deleted my old account (ebitekobachtiar) for 30 days, but because the website wasn’t deleted I decided to create another account with the same email but with a different username (ebitbachtiar). I just want my old website not to appear in google and internet searches for now. Supposedly after my wordpress account was deleted, my old website was also deleted.

From all the links and explanations you provide, it seems that it hasn’t helped me to do it myself. Is there a link or contact to the wordpress.com developer team so that my old website (https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com) deleted by them directly?

Again: you didn’t delete your wordpress.com account ebitekobachtiar created in 2015 – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/ebitekobachtiar/. Accordingly your site https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com/ wasn’t deleted either.

Your account ebitbachtiar can’t have the same email address as your account ebitekobachtiar as the email address is the unique identifier on the wordpress.com platform.

If you want to use your domain https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com/ again, never deletes it as that wordpress;com subdomain will be locked forever.

You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available to follow this thread up.

    Hi there!

Just to clarify here, the account ‘ebitekobachtiar’ isn’t associated with your Gmail address. That account is associated with a Yahoo email address – do you recall which Yahoo email address you used to set up that account?

Once you log in to ‘ebitekobachtiar’, you’ll see ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com on your site list. From there, you can head to Settings > General in your dashboard, and choose to make the site private if you’d like.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

I once created a yahoo email, but as far as I remember I rarely login to WordPress with a yahoo email. I remember that I used to have an (email visible only to moderators and staff) email account, but that was 8 years ago and I never used it because I forgot the password to access my yahoo email too.

I just checked the wordpress site deletion email on April 30, 2023, it turns out that the wordpress account that I logged in using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff), has a wordpress site with the address https://ebitekobachtiarblog.wordpress.com. I didn’t pay attention to the website address, it turns out that so far I don’t have access to a wordpress account that has a wordpress site with the address https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com. So the deleted wordpress site is https://ebitekobachtiarblog.wordpress.com not https://ebitekobachtiar.wordpress.com.

So how can I access the ebitekobachtiar wordpress account, which I have forgotten my yahoo email password? Earlier I tried to login to wordpress with (email visible only to moderators and staff), and then it says “User does not exist”. It means that the email is not (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the ebitekobachtiar wordpress account.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for the additional details!

In this case, we are unable to help further in the forums since we can’t help with account recovery issues here. However, we have a dedicated team that can help you with this via email. Please write an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com describing the situation (you can include a link to this post as well).

The account recovery team will be happy to help you with this further.

    Thanks!
