How to delete myself as an administrator of my student's past blogs?

Hi,
I am an administrator on my students’ blogs and want to remove myself from these blogs done over the past years. I try to do so by removing myself on the users menu but cannot. Is there a procedure to delete myself as an administrator from those blogs?

The best way would be for the student who owns the blog to remove you. If that’s not possible, can you link me to the blogs you want to be removed from?

I had already contacted the students but the replies I got, when I got them, were not helpful for most of them : students have forgotten their usernames and passwords.

I did note that some of your students (from the above list) had already removed you on their own. With that in mind, you may wish to double check here to see if I missed any, or there are other sites you need to be removed from: http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/
I wish I understood French; I was fascinated in looking over all those blogs. Student projects? Beautiful!
From this year on, I will ask the students to “delete” me before the term is over.

To remove a user from your site, go to Users>All Users, and hover over the name of the user, which will reveal a “remove” link

Everything is fine now and I am removed as an administrator from all my past student’s blogs.jerrysarcastic : yes, the students can do beautiful things with WordPress in our Multimedia class, in the three or four weeks that they have to plan and complete an online project about heritage or about their museum techniques skills. WordPress is really the perfect platform for this kind of short-term learning projects.
