How to Delete myself as an administrator on someone elses blog?

  I have been added at an administrator on http://heidisprout.wordpress.com/ and http://leslielynnrubinsofficialblog.wordpress.com/ and now I want to be removed from their blogs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
