How to delete or block a follower?

  I have a follower “emiLy” is spam, and I want to delete to avoid problems.
  How do I?

  You can’t. As long as your blog is set to public anyone with an internet connection can follow it – they don’t even have to be registered on WordPress.com – and there’s no way for you to prevent it apart from setting the entire blog to private.

  All you can do is block someone from commenting by adding their username, URL and email address in the blacklist sections under Settings ->Discussion in your dashboard.
