How to delete pages and links when pages does not appear in dashboard

  My site was hacked, and I didn’t know until recently they added about 20K pages, I would like to know how to delete the links or pages, as those do not appear in the WordPress dashboard of pages or posts that I can select and delete

  The content was able to be deleted, but not the links, see link below as an example
