How to delete paragraphs at once.

Simple stupid question. I go to edit my post, I want to delete many paragraphs, how do I delete, a paragraph at a time, rather than a letter at a time? thanks, vic
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Either click at the beginning of the paragraph and drag down to the bottom of the paragraph to select it and then hit the delete or backspace key, or you should be able to triple-click the paragraph and it should select it all.

Put your cursor at the point you want to start the delete – then using the scroll bar on the side of the text window go down to where you want to stop deleting.
Then and sequence is important here – press the Shift Key on the keyboard and then click with the mouse at the end you want to delete – the text should be highlighted. Then press the delete key.
You should also be able to put your cursor at the start delete e and drag the cursor down and highlight the text as you go – until you get to the end of what you want to delete then release the mouse button and press delete.
Should work like your word-processor.
