How to delete payment information?

  1. I subscribed for a Premium Trial, I checked and then I decided not to proceed with the Premium plan. I would like my credit card saved details to be deleted, but I cannot find any account option to do so.

  2. I deleted the test site I made for testing the Premium plan trial and I do not have any other site. Do the payment will be applied as indicated on my “Settings/Billing History” page? How can I remove the next payments notification?

  Hi Michele,

  I’ve removed your free trial subscription to the Premium plan. This removes the saved payment details to stop any upcoming charges as well. You won’t be charged for this upgrade and it appears you have no other upgrades on your account either.
