How to delete post category

  Hi, how can i delete category? since i can’t find the menu, at the left side i can only find Stats, Plan, Blog Post, Pages, Themes, Menus, Sharing, People, Domain, and Settings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
