How to delete posts

Hello,
Quick disclaimer, I am also fairly new to WordPress. However, this should help you delete one post:
1. Go to wordpress.com and log in.
2. Navigate to your posts using the left-hand side menu.
3. Once you see the post you want to delete, hover over the title of the post with your cursor. You should see different options pop up under the title, including “Trash” in red. Click on “Trash”.If you want to delete multiple posts at the same time, follow steps 1 and 2 above. Then, follow these steps:
1. For every post you want to delete, click the little white square to the left of the title of the post.
2. Directly above the list of all of your posts, there is a drop-down menu button that should say “Bulk Actions”. (It could also say “Edit” or “Move to Trash”)
3. Click the button, and within the dropdown, click the option entitled “Move to Trash”.
4. Finally, to the right of the newly renamed “Move to Trash” drop-down menu button, there is a button entitled “Apply”. Click this button to delete all posts you have selected.I hope this helps!

See also the Trash support page. Note that sending a post to Trash doesn’t immediately delete it, though it will be removed from the posts stream. A post sent to Trash and left there will be automatically deleted after 30 days. During that 30 days period, you may go to Trash and either restore or immediately and permanently delete any post that has been sent there.
