How to delete readers selection to be notified on each new comment?

    Hi I received this comment below from a reader and would like to assist them in correcting the situation but I am unsure of how to do that. Can anyone provide a suggestion please? Thanks ~ Nikki

    “When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the
    -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time
    a comment is added I receive four emails with the
    same comment. Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?

    1. Has she/he tried clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the emails she receives?

    2. If he/she is a WordPress.com memeber then has he/she tried visiting the post he/she subscribed to receive comments from and clicking that same button again to unsubscribe?

    That’s very weird. Please post the username if the person is a WordPress.com member. If not please post the email address knowing the software will redact it (hide it) so only Staff can see it.

    Hi nikkisportraits,

    If you can send me the username/email address of the user getting multiple notifications, I can look into this further. If they would like assistance in modifying their notification settings, they are also welcome to contact us themselves.
