How to delete the header text?

  i want to change my header text “Red, White and Blue.” It’s not happening. How do I do it?

  Settings > General is where you can change your Blog Title and/or optional Tagline at any time. If you want to “hide” the header text on this page > Appearance > Header you can do that but be aware that if you remove your Blog Title from the General Settings page, where search spiders expect to find it, then you may have trouble getting your content indexed by search engines.
