How to delete the theme completely, & to change the font colour

Hi.. I’d like to remove the balloon theme I have so I don’t have any theme at all, just the blue background and butterfly.. and also to change the font colour..

That’s not possible. You cannot create your own theme. There must be a theme on the blog. To change any theme elements requires purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
