how to delete the uncategorized tab on website

  I believe I went through all of the options but I cannot find how to delete the Uncategorized tab on the draft of my website. We are drafting a website during the initial setup of this new organization. I will go to Premium WordPress services once the group is formerly organized. Thank you.
