  I answered you on my blog. lol :D

  Every WordPress blog has a default sidebar display. The sidebar display is not comprised of actual widgets therefore they do not appear here > Appearance > Widgets. All one has to do to replace the default display with widgets of their own choosing is to select and place widgets of their own choice in the sidebar here > Appearance > Widgets. Those choices made will override the default display, it will disappear and be replaced by the blogger’s choices.
