How to delete this Image?

    Hey all,

    i got my second adhortatory letter (i think thats the right word in english) because of an image on my blog.
    The first time I deleted it from my article. I payed the fee (several hundred €). And I thought I was done with it.
    Now, 4 months later, i again receive a bill, this time 3x higher than before, that the very same image is still public avaiable under the following url:

    Now, of course im very upset. I’m not here to discuss this, I will pay I guess, wherever or not this is fair or not (probably not, but it’s still my fault?).
    I found it under media in my WordPress-Dashboard. Deleted it. But when i click on the link, i can still see the image.

    What do I have to do, to delete this image?? I don’t want to pay again. But I just don’t know what to do.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
