how to delete two displays of a widget on home page

  How do I delete copies of a widget on my home page that do NOT show up twice on my widget add/drop page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How do I delete copies of a widget on my home page that do NOT show up twice on my widget add/drop page? In other words, I do NOT see them twice on my list of sidebars but they show UP twice on my home page.
