How to delete users?

  I need to delete users from my WordPress accounts. Some users do delete when I want them to.

  How I can delete users that it is not letting me.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
