How to delete web administrator?

  I’m the new administrator of the website crge-bretagne.com.
  I would like to delete the previous administrator but I cannot and we don’t know why.

  The problem is I have to renew the Domain Name the 4th of october of 2017. But I can’t. When I try to register a new credit card, this message appears “User or Token does not have access to specified subscription.”

  Please help me !

  Has other other admin transferred the domain to you? Have the other admin navigate to this page, then hover your mouse over the address. An option should pop up giving you the ability to transfer the blog.

  Hi there,

  @scifiknux is correct. The reason you would have trouble removing administrators is if you are not an administrator yourself or if the administrator you’re trying to remove is the owner of the account. If that is the case, the owner will need to transfer ownership of the blog over to another admin, which will automatically remove them as a user of the site.
