  My site is not responding when I try to open it through my phone . http://elemideademola.webpress.com.
  I am new here , pls how do I develop it

  I’ve never heard of Webpress. Have you purchased (or attempted to purchase) that domain address? Isn’t your address https://elemideademola.wordpress.com/ ??

  I just open a open a website with webpress today and I am just learning the basic . how do I purchase a Domain.

  If the answer is yes, you can start by setting up your theme and publishing some content as the site is already public and available to search engine spiders.

  You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
