Can you share a little more detail on what it is you are trying to accomplish?
WordPress.com does have the ability to setup a siet redirect, though I’m not certain that the feature will accomplish what you are wanting. If you can tell me a bit more we can figure out the best way to proceed.

Thank you so much for your helps. I have a WP server at localhost and would like to know how to move or upload it to my actual WP web site frankenpi.wordpress.com. i have started watching some youtube videos. You know, for a newbie like me it is rather too complicated. Unless there is a simpler way such as cloud server type that willl allow users to mirror the processes in transparency; i am going to pass it on for now.

Ok, @frankenpi. I understand what you are trying to accomplish.
There is a fairly simple process to move a site from one install (i.e. your localhost install) to another (i.e. your wordpress.com install). It isn’t a complicated process, though I have not run it from a localhost site before. Maybe another member or staff could chime in with their experience.
The instructions to complete the processes are at the links below. You would walk through the export instructions on the local site and then the import instructions here at wordpress.com.
