  I do not want to post my concern in an open forum. How can I speak directly with Support or the Billing dept for WordPress! Thank you

  Email and live chat support are only available for customers with a Pro plan. The free support forums for other customers are staffed by WordPress.com support (like me!), so we can handle your request here.

  I looked, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
