How to disable Email Notifications?

How do I disable email posting notifications? We are using a listserv email to email post directly into the blog but don’t want these notifications to then hit back the listserv with all of these notifications. THANKS!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On this page > Dashboard > Settings > Discussion we can disable:
E-mail me whenever
Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation
Someone likes one of my posts
Someone reblogs one of my posts
Someone follows my blogThe option for “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com” is found at the bottom of this page

It’s still shoot those emails out. I unchecked EVERYTHING. I ended up using an email address I don’t use anymore to get those emails in the Account Details section of Personal Settings.
There must be an easier way to do this. It’s overwhelming.

How to I “dis”enable emails.
The “E-mail me whenever” is NOT checked.
Nevertheless I am still receiving emails.
I didn’t used to get email so why am I receiving them now?????????
I want them stopped!
