how to disable Gravatar

  Can someone please help me to deactivate the whole Gravatar-thing?

  I dont understand the gravatar-system and it just keeps messing up my websites:

  I have multiple websites that I post blogs on and when logging on to one of my WP-sites to post something, I suddenly post it with the wrong Gravatar-profile…its a complete mess and I just want to delete my gravatar-profile.

  You can log in at http://www.gravatar.com with your email address, and remove the gravatar images you have set there in your profile.

  This is just half of the problem – I really dont like gravatar and regret for ever registering there.
  I still have 4 different gravatar-names and “they” dont seem too care which of my websites I am posting at.

  I really need to remove the whole thing, know how to do it?
