How to disable hyperlinks in author bio WordPress?

  Hi,

  I have a website, where users can register and submit articles.

  But they are creating spammy links in “WordPress-Biographical Info”.

  I want to disable or remove the hyperlinks in that section.

  Can you help me with this issue?

  Sure.

  My website URL is: WhatisWhatis.com

  My contributors are giving hyperlinks to their websites in the “Biographical Info” section: https://www.whatiswhatis.com/wp-admin/profile.php

  Sample user profile link, which he added the hyperlink: https://www.whatiswhatis.com/profile/aubryse60/

  I just want to disable the hyperlinks, not the author bio.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.
