How to disable mobile version on dyad 2 theme
-
Hi,
I would really like to disable the mobile version of my website. I have dyad 2 theme. For some reason when I go my site on my iPhone, the mobile version takes away the main pictures of the page and some of the font formatting. When I look at the mobile version on the back side (editing side) of WordPress, it looks like the mobile version is supposed to be just a smaller version of the desktop full site version. So I don’t understand why this is happening. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey @harmonyhutholistics,
If you would like to disable mobile themes on your blog, go to Appearance → Mobile in your WP Admin dashboard and select “No” for “Enable mobile theme” option. All visitors will see the full theme of your blog, but keep in mind this will:
Note:
- prevent users on old cell phones from viewing your content
- slows down the display of your site on mobile devices
You can read more about Mobile Themes here.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Bill -
Thank you for responding but there is no appearance tab for me to go to. There’s themes and then customize and I don’t find anything about mobile settings anywhere.

Hi there,
You should be able to find the setting in /wp-admin/ at:

Hi there, I am having same issue where my mobile theme is not showing up on mobile devices. When I go to “Appearance” on my dashboard, I don’t have a “Mobile” option to choose. I only see “Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Edit CSS, Install Plugins, Editor”. Any suggestions?

You should be able to find the setting in /wp-admin/
So type in your web address and put /wp-admin/ at the end of it, then you will be able to see the appearance tab.

Figured it out! It was Jetpack’s mobile theme I had to deactivate to allow my current theme to optimize for mobile. Thanks!
