How to disable new comment e-mail notification

  I was wondering if its possible to disable the e-mail that i recieve when a new comment is posted on my blog?

  I check my blog comments frequently each day so i’d prefer not to recieve mail notification.

  There are 3 choices in the middle and it’s one of those.
