How to disable the blog from being viewed

  The dashboard does not show how I can turn off my blog: lintag.me
  The website is no longer relevant so I want it turned off and no longer available for viewing by anyone. Please help.

  Hi there. Instructions for setting your blog to private can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ Once set to private only people you specifically invite will be able to see it.

  Now I know what the real problem is. It appears that the site lintag.me is not mine anymore! When I did not renew the domain name lintag.me, it stopped being one of my blogs. Can WordPress just delete the blog or change it to Private since I have no more control of it?

  When I did not renew the domain name lintag.me, it stopped being one of my blogs.

  I’m not seeing any connection between this account and the domain name in question. That having been said, if you did own the domain at one time and didn’t renew it the domain would go back up for sale in about 80 days. At that point anyone can buy it.

  If the website you see at lintag.me is completely unknown to you, that’s likely what happened.

  If the website you see there is yours, but you can’t figure out how to log into it, you’ll need to use the e-mail address/username connected to that site–which is not the one you are writing from now.

  However, I am using the same exact email and password for the same website that I own before. But I can no longer log into it.
  Whoever owns the domain now can just close the site or place it in private view. I don’t intend to buy it nor continue it since it is no longer relevant.
  To whom should I make the request?

  Is the content you see on the site http://lintag.me yours and you just can’t log into the account anymore, or does it belong to someone else who is using the domain name?
