How to disable visual editor?

  I’ve been googling around finding posts like http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-remove-visual-editor-mode-in-wordpress/ but the option seems to be not-existent at this location in the current hosted wordpress version.

  How can I currently disable it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  Disabling the visual editor is no longer an option for sites hosted on WordPress.com. Based on a couple of other forum threads I read, that feature appears to have been removed a couple of years ago. If you prefer posting with the HTML editor, once you switch to it, your browser should remember your choice and select it automatically when you create or edit a new post.

  Thanks for this update. Good to know that I am not unable to find this option.
