How to disable website notification ?

  There us this notification bar in purple color that appears at the top of my site when 1st loaded. How do I disable it ?

  Correct account: Yes

  Is this in reference to https://minialco.wordpress.com/? I am not seeing a purple notification bar. The only thing I see is the common WordPress.com admin bar that displays at the top of all WordPress.com sites:
