How to disassociate from a blog?

  I am contributor to http://fresh1nk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php and I no longer with to be affiliated with this blog. It is not my blog. how do I remove it from my list?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you go to http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs underneath the URL of the blog you want to remove yourself from, you should find a button that says “leave blog”, click on that, and you should be removed. You’ll have to move your cursor to the blog in question for the button to appear
