How to display a badge in my sidebar?

  Wondering how to include a badge from Foodista in my sidebar on my blog? I have the badge and the info to copy and paste, but it’s not clear how to upload image to place in sidebar? I’ve seen the ‘image widget’ but unsure how to apply badge to all the necessary info.? thank you in advance.
