Hi ddadarwin
The Twenty Fourteen theme only has 2 menu areas, one the the Top, and one at Sidebars. You cannot set a different menu for each page at the same position, but you can use the sidebar menu to set a different menu to appear only where the sidebar is present.
Please check on how to set up custom menus

Are there any other themes that will be better. What I’m trying to set up is my front page with general blog and info. With links to a page for either motorcycles or cars or heavy vehicles. Then once on these pages the user can select documents or instructional videos, or specific blog, or picture gallery or service videos specific to that type of vehicle

Hi ddadarwin
I see your desire, but this is not possible to achieve in WordPress.com in the way you want
You should try something as ShortCodes. I’ve picked up this page with instructions on how to user the [display-posts] shortcode in your pages and posts. With it you can create a set of links in each of the desired pages linking to a specific set of posts in a category or tag.
If you need more help on that, please contact us again here
Sorry about the delayed reply.
