How to display full article?

  I am using the Pilcrow theme and have two questions. 1st, can I change the order of the categories (they are listed alphabetically now). 2nd, when i click on a category, three lines of my latest article in that category are displayed and then there is a “continue reading” link. How can i show more (or all) of the article when i first click to the category?

  Categories display in alphabetical order. The only way of changing this is to insert numbers previous to the words.
  Example:
  apples
  bananas
  cherries

  insert numbers
  1 bananas
  2 cherries
  3. apples

  In the majority of themes, posts in category or monthly archive pages show up just as they do in the main posts page. But in some themes only the beginnings of posts are shown, and in a few themes you only get titles or thumbnails. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/full-posts-in-archive-pages/
