How to display latest 3 posts

  I have been trying to switch to the Toujours theme, and even though I have selected the button that says “display latest 3 posts”, it doesn’t do it! How would I edit it so that I can display my latest 3 posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
