how to display mapped domain name in address bar

  I’ve mapped a domain name (which is registered with a 3rd party) onto my wordpress.com site, which is in a premium account. However I also need the mapped domain name to show in the browser address bar. Is this possible? If so can you tell me how to do this?

  Hello there!

  I don’t see a domain mapping upgrade added to your WordPress.com site, roundellegalcosts2.wordpress.com. Is this the site to which you’re referring?

  If so, you can add mapping by clicking on the link below:

  https://roundellegalcosts2.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Select, “Map a domain you already own.” Then, follow the instructions given to you on the screen.
