How to display only one blog post at a time?

    I’m looking to make it so my blog only displays one post at a time, I’ve got a mix of photos and text and my posts can end up being rather lengthy. Right now I’m using the theme Chunk, and it has all three posts displayed so I have to scroll through all three to reach the bottom where my archive is.

    Is there any way to change it so I only display my most recent post?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    On the WordPress Administration Panels, go to Settings > Reading and set it to display one post. Thanks.
