How to display photos in the thumbnails on the home page in the Pictorico theme?

  How to show thumbnails in the Pictorico theme? I have blue placeholders below my header, they show the Title of the post when I hover, but not the photo (as shown in the example of the Pictorico theme). How does one enable this feature?

  Have you located the delineated theme description page at this link?
  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/pictorico/
  Featured Images work best at a minimum of 1180 wide.

  I have a picture full size which is above 1180 and still I’m not getting a picture, just blocks.
